Cancellation Policy

By booking with ARTheatre Arts (ARTS), you agree to the following booking terms. Bookings & Payments Places are subject to availability and class capacity. Monthly payment plans secure the student’s place for the period covered by the plan. Sibling & Multi-Class Discounts Discounts apply across eligible classes booked within the same household, whether for one student attending multiple classes or for siblings: • First qualifying class – full price • First additional eligible class – 10% discount • Second and subsequent additional eligible classes – 20% discount Where a Saturday class is booked, this should normally be the household’s full-price qualifying class. If no Saturday class is taken, another qualifying class may be selected at full price. 1:1 tuition is excluded from this discount scheme. Discounted plans operate on an honesty basis. ARTS reserves the right to review bookings and correct any payment plan selected at an incorrect rate. Cancelling an Ongoing Class We require one full calendar month’s written notice to cancel an ongoing class place. Any payment falling due during the notice period remains payable. Cancellation requests should be sent to amandariverstheatrearts@gmail.com. Monthly fees reserve a student’s place and refunds are not normally given for classes missed due to illness, holidays or other personal commitments. 1:1 Tuition A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a 1:1 session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will normally remain chargeable. Genuine emergencies may be considered at ARTS’ discretion. Waiting Lists Classes will not be booked beyond their stated capacity. Where a class is full, students may join a waiting list and may be offered a suitable alternative ARTS class where space is available. Accepting an alternative does not remove the student from their preferred waiting list unless requested. If ARTS cancels a paid session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, an appropriate credit or refund will be provided.
